This is something I've done for the last (past) haloween, but never finished it completely for some (unknown) reason. Please give me some constructive critique, as I am still learning...

It looks good -- colors, shapes all look nice. Two things bothering me, though:
Your ghoul is missing an eye and the little demon head he's holding is about the right size. I keep thinking he should put the demon head in his eye socket but people would laugh at him.
It looks awkward for him to hold the head with his left hand. It's easier to draw the hand from the side, but would be more natural for him to hold it with his right hand.
As for the procrastination issue, are you still interested in the picture? Would it help if you added more to the scene? Often making an old picture into a new one will get your creative juices flowing again. If not, maybe it's time to move on to another project. :shrug:
