How can i render a liquid effect with blobby particle ? I don't know how to create a shader for that !

well u just assign a normal shader as you would assign to anything else. use a shader with a refraction index, transparency, high specularity and medium reflectivity to start with. apply it to ur blobby surface and test render, then keep fine tuning.
