CGTalk - mirror with a few added settings?

Hi, i dont know if anybody could help me, i am looking for a script that will mirror any selected object with these settings:

merge value of 0.01
mirror over +Z axis
and the value on the z axis set to 0

Help with a script would be gladly appreciated.
