Hello and Juhuuu.
Sorry but I am so excited to do finally a Competition with all you
wizard type CG Super Heroes. Unfortunately I cannot show more at the moment, but my
Scanner decided to jump of my table which upset him so much that he quit scanning.
So, I made up a quick Photoshop sketch(with mouse;) to show you what my Idea is.
I went from, "A Car Accident is Spectacular", over Bacteria to scrapping all ideas.
And then stumbled into the seven World Wonders. I liked this Approach, because it
is based in our world, and truly spectacular. It creates Association for the Audiencce,
without being set in stone. Anyway so much for the theory.
I decided to create Hanging Gardens, this time really hanging. The Style is gonna be a
mixture between in "80 days around the world" and "Minority Report".
I hope I can send some sketches in the next few days.
Please feel free to Crit. I hope I did not copy someone, by accident.
And a last time, thanks to all you guys out there,
stretching the limits day by day and sharing your knowledge with keen beginners as
myself.

That is the start of my Modelling. With this I am learning XSI so be gentle with me.
I try to put as much Detail as I can afford, Timewise and Hardwarewise.
Now I am stuck with the Idea. For the Garden in the middle I have 3 ideas
1. Style of Daniel Liebeskinds Freedomtowers (on the Picture) OR
2. An old style (1900) Glass house with intricate Details but huge OR
3. Terraced Landscape
So if any of you has a suggestion, i would be very thankfull, in the meantime,
I modell the Balloons and details like
Elevators going up the Ropes *

Hi Daniel,
this seems to be a really challenging concept! Hanging gardens inthe air? Perhaps you can try to give the whole thing a more cartoonish style. I could imagine this garden as a kind of resting place for exhausted birds on there way southwards...
Anyway, I'm curious what you will show us. Good luck:) !

By the way, your link/signature seems not to work for me...
