your drawing is quite good, but watch out for perspective (the angles on the gun are a little off) and your shading. the shading should serve to better define the forms (their volume and 3 dimensional qualities), give depth to the image and direct the eye to the centre point (in this case the marine, obviously). i'd recommend you check out some books or online tutorials (sorry, i don't know any links offhand) on shading and adding weight and volume to your drawings. this would really help to punch out your characters and make the overall composition much more dramatic.
this isn't a negative crit, i just feel that your shading technique is letting down what is otherwise a good drawing.

sorry, i forgot to mention that the legs are off. the left leg is far too stumpy. remember to keep in mind the volume of things when you're drawing, and they're relativity to other objects as regards scale and perspective.
hope this helps!

hey, im a sucka for space marines - they are just the epitome of coolness.

one suggestion - squint your eyes and look at your drawing. Notice how nothing really pops out, and it sort of all just blurs together? I'm thinking that slightly stronger lines on the marine might help this.

long live the emperor. =P

thanks for your critics now I look at it I see that the perspective isn't right (especially by the gun) and shading well lets say I have to learn much in drawing.
