What is the best way to incorporate After Effects and Flash? Do any of you use the program in unison? Is it best to save your After Effects animation frame by frame or as a swf for flash usage?

Swf if you want to keep the file size down, but not every one of afx functions (like effects) are supported with in the swf format since itīs mainly a vectorformat. It all depends on what you are planning to do.
