is there any script or command that will do this:
Baking the result of applying a multiplier curve to an f-curve in order to get a new easy to edit f-curve.

Have you tried the CollapseTransform button in the Motion > Trajectories panel? I just animated the position of a sphere, applied a multiplier curve, adjusted it then selected the top level position track and collapsed it into one curve.

Just tried it and I get exactly what I needed so badly.
It also creates splines for the trajectories I just baked (easy enough to delete them), and the controller is changed from Position XYZ into Bezier Position (just needs to be changed back to Position XYZ). Cool!
