I like the clean lines in your drawing. Main crit would be that the "tail"? section on the adult
would work better if it seemed curved and connected at the back of the beat - like in a real bee for example. Are you planning to colour it?

I like the feeling you're trying to give off with the cocoon, but it doesn't hang properly off the branch. If gravity was acting on it and there's nothing to support it, all the slimey "ropes" should be taut. Right now, the one farthest on the left shows too much slack, I think.
