I'm putting together a new reel. This is a near finished version.

Some pretty nice stuff in there. Here's what I think you could do to improve your reel...

shorten your intro/transition screens. make them more readable if you have another idea to stylize the text as well. its not the best look (being broken up) for a modeler

The girl's arms are too long, or just not defined enough, and she should be spinning slower. the speed of the spins are not consistent, either.

Animations look good, except in the ball one, the weight doesnt seem to naturally be lifted upwards. Its a good start, but it doesnt feel like he's doing it correctly.. it doesnt go straight up, but he doesnt step backwards after the diagonal pick-up. its something to do with that, does that make sense?
