hi there, its been a while since ive been active on these forums... anyways im back now, and i though i would enter the spectacular cg challenge.

ok for my peice im going to be making an image called birth of the angel of destruction...

ok, its the not to distant future. and with advances in cloning scientists have cloned an angel with dna samples taken from the garden of eden, which was recently discovered 1 mile under an undisclosed desert on the continent of africa. my image will depict the angel breaking loose of its shell, i.e (egg)

Ok. here is an update....

i thought i would start out by doing some egg tests. firstly i lattice deformed a sphere to get the egg shape,
then moved the egg over to Zbrush for some detail tests, im going with small nodules all over the egg. the current pattern is a test... im think the final pattern will be more tribal looking ...
