I reminded myself that this is primarily a CHALLENGE, and not just a Contest. It is a challenge for myself more than it is a competition against others.

Spectacular creates a 'Wow!' reaction from the observer.

If something is spectacular, people say, "THAT's impressive!" However, a thing will usually become no longer impressive when people have seen it many times. Computer graphics that mimic reality are no longer nearly as impressive as before. Bullet-time is no longer an impressive effect.

There must be, though, things which will ALWAYS remain spectacular and will always cause people to stop and watch. Animals are genetically coded to watch for danger or threats. Perhaps this is the way to go; tragedy has always proven to be much-watched entertainment unfortunately.
