I am faily new to AE. Just bought Ae Pro 6.5. Nice Software. Ok enough of praising the program. I am wanting to acheive this. I want to be able to have 4 of me..Well each one of me is wearing different outfits. Basically I wan't to clone myself and have each one interact with one another. Picking things up, handing things over to one another, Fighting, etc. What steps do I need to do to acheive this?

Thanks

You're going to need to do some blue- or green-screen work to get the cloning effect. But if you want to interact with your three clones onscreen, and pick things up and hand them to each other--that's going to be tough. You'll have a lot of acting work to do, that's for sure!

Actually, with a little extra work, you don't even need a green/bluescreen for this.
You can set your camera up on a tripod, and film yourself multiple times. Then mask the shots in AE - rotoscoping where the clones pass over eachother. As for interaction: Let's use for example a clone passing a cup to another clone

1) Take a background plate of the shot (no actors)
2) Set up a pedastal at chest height or so, then film your first clone putting the cup on the pedastal.
3) Film your next pass, with your second clone picking up the cup off the pedastal.
4) Bring all 3 shots into AE - line up the 2 clone shots so that the cup is put down and picked up at around the same time
5) Mask/rotoscope the 2 clone shots so they both appear in the same shot
6) Erase the pedastal through to the background plate.

Here's a tutorial for generic cloning that may help

Hope that helps!
