Erm, maybe sound stupid but is there a option which i can activate so that when i select a point of a box in the topview that he selects all the underlying point at ones, cause now i have to go back to the perspective and do it by hand.

While in selection mode, go into the Active Tool palette and uncheck "Only Select Visible Elements".
