Hi All,

I hav been using after effect for some time, I think I have a bad habit alwaly having the preview in full resolution instead of half. And that make the work flow slow specially when I
have muilt masking, even with no other applications or network running in the background.

(exp. 7 solid layers in a comp of 7secs. At least two to three masks in a layer with movement. Collapse off. Motion Blur off. Open GL statics texture on. Comp Adv 3D.

I m working in a pentium 4 3gb with 1gb of ram, Nvidia Quadro 2 Pro and window xp. already able disk cache to 5000mb. And cache size to 90% = 920mb. Max usage 120% = 1227mb. Also turn off DEP for AE.

Just wondering is there any other ways to boost up the perform in AE? or is it just because me having a bad habit.

Need your advise.

Thanks
