VERY basic concept sketch, haven't totally figured out what's going on with the background yet, in the middleground is an ancient city built into a mountain. The bridge joins two sides together. The whole look of the city will be organic and very lush. In the foreground will the a character flying off the pic. His outfit will be very geometric and mechanical using basic materials.

Started figuring out the details of the city. This is the tower behind the character and the bridge. This was done during class, hence the lined paper.

The same type of rope will be coming accross from the opposite side.

Working on blocking out the city. The roads will not be so chunky in the final, just an idea so i can visualize them. Decided not to go with as intricate a design on the ropes holding up the bridge. They are now supported from underneath (a few will be still from the top.

The big square in the top left will be a palace with a waterfall falling off the side of the mountain.

Colour blocking the pic. Just getting a feel for the base colours, gonna start adding some of the details of the buildings and the land.
