somthing I was doodling while waiting for a client to approve a job... now its rendering I decided to get rsi by squinting at some paper instead of a screen..... I was feeling a bit crowlike at the time so I did somthing darker.... pencils, just started toutch-up in pshop...

Looks really good! Great shading, especially on the leather.
Only two things I'd crit are perspective issues. His head is at 3/4 view but his hair appears as though it's seen straight on so the back of his head looks shortened. I was going to say that the rooftop should have a horizontal edge but then I noticed that it's 90 degrees to the edge of the paper. If we straighten the paper Eric says it's 1:35 (if he were a Crow clock, that is). Not a huge issue, but there it is.
