Title: Game Character - Base Jumper
Name: Alexander Hederer
Country: Austria
Software: Maya, Photoshop

This is a game character for my new game project. The lowpoly model consists of 3010 tris and uses 3 diffuse maps for the body, the parachute-pack and the parachute itself (1x512x512, 2x256x256).

I included shadow effects and shading into the diffuse map to avoid long render times inside the game. The picture shows the character with hardwarerendering only using no shading and no lights.

I'd speculate that there is some base-jumping involved.

The mesh and textures look nice, but when jumping, isn't he supposed to grab those handles?

Thanks guys for the posts.

@blz: Thanks - appreciate it!

@Lalecp: I am currently at work on the game - but you will see some more of it later on.

@anuj471: You're right about the game :D. And you're right about the character. This picture was created before the setup was really ready and the poses are not really good - just to get the idea. I'm on it!
