Well....

very interesting and inspiring topic...
errr... but right now, 5 minutes after reading the mission and registering I have absolutely no clue what to go for...

I've finally an idea.
Yes yes, sure, I know, impossible to get done in time, but I will work on it anyway, cause it's fun :)

This is oviously the sketch of it. Made it the day before yesterday.

I will try to get some Arizona look-a-like out of Vue and do particles, modeling of the car etc in Lightwave.
I'm not sure about the final renderpass. Is it allowed to render the BG in Vue, the Car and the smoke in LW and comp it together?

I made a scene with some proxy objects. I think I will nail the smoke down, before going to the next step.

JATO is done. Detailed pictures of these units are rare.
Will now see what Vue can do...
