watch for the creases in the head, you'll need to fix those, also, the back does not have that deep or narrow of a crease where the spine is, it's there, but soften it up quite a bit. You may also want to play around with the muscles in the front, right now they look a little to angular or square-ish.
Othrewise it's lookiong good.

Looks good so far. A few things that I see could help this model out. Where the shoulder meets the bicept seem to be to sharp. And the whole upper arm should be wider from top to bottom. Also, the shorts are way too form fitting. They should be much looser and fall straight or even a little out from the body. And the boxing shoes are too thick and go too far up. They need to cut a little lower even for the high tops. I would go with a shorter boxing shoe to make your modeling easier as this seems like it would take a good amount of time trying to get this right. Hope this helps. It is coming along. I'm a boxing fan and hope he comes out great.
Here are a couple of pictures that show the crits I am mentioning.

I like the whole boxer thing that you got going. The only thing I have to say is that id you are going to a realistic look, you might want to tone down the musculacher (I hope that's a word).

Some other users have mentioned that his muscles look too sharp, I would agree. The reason it looks odd is because he has no body fat! There needs to be some between his muscles and his skin. Your poly topology is looking great, btw.
