Well in for a penny in for a pound....
Good to see an animation challenge so I thought I'd take the plunge.
I'll be using an exisiting character from a short I am currently working on - he is an teenage Indian fairy with attitude!
Rule 5> "please use a static camera" is a pain at 320 x 240 if your character moves a round a lot. Banning panning, zooming etc but allowing straight cuts would have made things easier.
Rules I may "bend":
Rule 7> Sectional Geometry.
My character is already "skinned" though in a very simple way - if I have time I will cut the anim with a sectional version at the end.
Rule 11> No morphing.
May use it on the last few frames for his face!!
Here's a bad story board.
