I am so sorry my concept sketch submission was so late. I had planned to add more color and work to it but I have not had any time to work on this piece for the last few weeks, so I have decided to add this stage of the concept sketch as my initial one. I plan to add some trees and change the position of the hands later one.

The basic concept is that someone is near the poles of the earth viewing the absolutely gorgeous aurora borealis. The rarest colors of the aurora borealis include deep red, formed from oxygen at about 200 kilometers off the ground, and purple. The sight itself is absolutely spectacular, but I felt that there must be a more intrigueing version. In this painting, the truth behind the aurora is revealed.

The streams of light that cover the sky are actually formed by goddesses who travel across the world and bring beauty to all, but only near the poles of the earth can the clouds be dispersed that they are seen. This night, the goddesses have chosen to reveal themselves for the night of Isabel's apotheosis. The main Goddess, Veronique, glides down from the sky in her awe-inspiring grandieur for Isabel. Other goddesses appear in the background (I shall fix their anatomy soon enough...).

I thought that this would be a very "spectacular" piece, although it will probably be very difficult to pull off. Only 55 days left... ;_;
