Basically the concept is an ATM machine that can't go to the bathroom. (mixing options here)

It'll start with a street ATM standing up on two stubby legs. (much like the Banana junior 2000 from Bloomcounty) Banana junior (http://www-i5.informatik.rwth-aachen.de/mbp/bloom/bloom.html)

He'll then make his way over to a fire hydrant/ other prop, and try to "drain the wizard gizzard"

Short ends with text saying "Where lucky Pennies come from."
