Hi Kyle.
It's a nice start but..... If I was you I would move his feet. Even though you can't see them it will add alot to the animation. Right now they are in cement. Or possible stand him a little more naturally: offset his feet, rotate his hips slightly in Y, rotate his shoulders.... the very first pose (fr 1) looks like almost a bind pose. Film yourself or act it out in a mirror to see how you really look when you stand there and talk.

Thanks Mike,
I took your advice about the feet. I didn't move them a lot, just enough to show a little more of his weight shifting. I also played with the curves some more to make some of his poses stronger. Anyway, check it out and let me know what you guys think.
