View Full Version : How do I create realistic cloud effects in Max?
Terminus Est 11-06-2002, 12:59 AM Like I mean clouds with depth and volume in them, not cloud materials that are applied to flat surfaces. Well yes I am just intermediate as mentioned in other threads of mine but I'm getting to know more stuff.
So, got anything I can be enlightened with?

You could use atmospherics or you could do a pcloud emitting spheres with a smokey texture; or maybe try a combination of the two.
