I can't give you some good council about the choice... each time... your ideas appear very and more imaginative... the better choice will be certainly the better result... each thing can be a masterpiece in your hand... just need to start and continue...

Hey, I’m not sure if your news article pic will be your final image or not, but I have to say you did an excellent job making it look like a vintage gazette. My only suggestion would be to have someone proof read your verbiage and maybe edit the way your story is written. At the moment it doesn’t read or flow the way real newspaper article should. There are a couple of run on sentences that sort of take away from it but you really did an excellent of pulling me in to see what the photos of the dog were all about. Apart from that, I think the concept is very unique and definitely one of the stand out images in this competition. - J

Man, I love all of your concepts, but for me the most avande guard which provokes a gut reaction is the bugs contest.
I love the dog one too, which is very on topic, but it is a bit weird for a challenge, kinda Adams cartoon work.
This last ice hockey illustration ,has great composition, the stimung thing, but imho is more "ordinary" than the bug one.

I wish I'd had more time, but I didn't get a good idea till I flew to Italy last week, and read Lucifer's Hammer on the plane...and then it just hit me between the eyes...and then that whole "future history" thing, and thinking about the new flap over potentially being able to stop that one asteroid that *MIGHT* hit us in 2038...got me thinking.
By the way, check out my color wip. lemme know what you think about the water problem.

I don't know much about ice hockey, but this looks great so far. It has a lot of energy, and it has captured the "on the edge of your seat" feel too which is great!

was a tough game though, the swedes ruled the ice most of the time :thumbsup:
