Title: Le Cabanon
Name: Pfeiffer Gilles
Country: France
Software: 3ds max, Maya, Photoshop, ZBrush

Hi everyone !
Here is my latest image:
Everything is modeled in Maya except the trees which are modeled and textured in Zbrush. All the textures are made in Photoshop from photos I've shot in my garden. The vegetation is made in 3Dsmax with Particle Flow with instanced geometries...
The render is made in Maya with Maxwell and its incredible physical sky !
Some tweaking of color and luminosity in photoshop...
Hope U like !

wow the lightning is beautiful!! Maybe it's a bit too blur. And I would put the trunck color a bit darker. For the rest, it's excellent.

Hi, i like this piece. Though, i think the trunk of the trees need more colour, they look too grey, also, more grass and some bushes would have been a plus to the scene. In rest i like it, good job on it! Keep up the good work! Also, i like how you modeled the tree in zbrush!

Yeah You're right, the tree needs more work, but I did some strange stuff in Zbrush and Maxwell doesn't seem to understand the texture very well...
About the grass, I would put more, of course, but my computer did like it very well when I ask him to render 30000 instanced geometry... Maybe I should render it seperately and compose it but time was off...

WOW! how mach :) I think the're need much more grass  (sorry for my cracked engliШ )

Thanks desten !
Yeah U're right, more grass would be better... But my computer don't want to render more...

Thanks Jomar !

Tres joli travail Gilles

english mode:

You're right, these details are those which bored me too !

I was in a hurry to finish this stuff before the next challenge starts... And I have to work on many other stuff to prepare a new year at Aries school !
