Hi! First time posting. Would very much appreciate any comments. It's morning at the Citidel but I'm trying to create an ominous mood hence the dark shadows in the sky.
So far I am stumped with the water (someone told me it looked like the desert >.<). The choice of colors (the mountains in particular) and the casting of shadows. Comments on other things would also be welcomed.
Any help and guidelines on fixing these would be greatly appreciated. :)
All done via Painter and Photoshop for color adjustments.
