I really like this, enchanting. Nice study of green values. If you want to add more textures maybe you could do that to the face. One way is to add a texture(cracks and splatters etc) on it's own layer and then overlay over parts of the image such as nose and forehead. I wouldn't overdo it though, keep it subtle. Nice one as your images always are very interesting.:)
