I like the theme. You don't see many TMNT models out there.
Your model looks good, reminds me of the japanese tmnt anime.
Your model isn't really anatomically correct compared to the tmnt I've seen, you should use good reference when modelling, since most part of the turtles' bodies are anatomically correct. The arms needs reworking and the waist is a bit too slim. The shell doesn't look like a real turtle shell either.
Don't get me wrong, the design looks great, you just need to rework the model in order to make it look better.

here's some update... I reworked my model but I'm not quite sure if it has gotten better or worse... heheh... anyway thank you for your critiques and I hope you can give more advice... I took some screenshots of my wireframe too. If my mesh is a mess and you think it's hopeless, then I'll just recreate my model, but if it looks fine to some of you, I might as well continue to refine my model... again thank you for helping a newbie like me!!! hehehe...
