hello guys.

I have something strange related to version 8.0 of Cinema 4D in the time of rendering.

there is a scene comes with SLA in Cinema 4D called channel_shaders3.c4d (you can find it under Mat\SLA_Presets\channel_shaders folder of Cinema 4D directory )

I render this scene in Cinema 4D v8.0 and it took more time in rendering than what it took with the previous version of Cinema 4D v7.303 ,(I try all things and close everything runing , but still C4D v7.303 took less time than C4D v8.0). you can try it in your machine .

any idea .

Sorry don't have acces to R8 or that file right now, but is it perhaps using noise. Have you upgraded SLA for XL 7.3? I know some of the fixes in SLA made it a little slower for some things, but the good news is more accurate and less artifacts.

Hope thats it but can't really tell just speculating.

Kaiskai I upgraded to the last version of SLA , but still the problem is there.
