It looks really realist! My only critic is about the sofas, they looks too simple, you could add a little bump on them too. you could also turn off the sharp of the shadows made by sunlight.

That's looking very nice there, the design is very original compared to most arch viz renderings. The colors look great too, really subtle and fresh. My only crit is the boxy modeling of the couch and the plasticy tmaterial on it. Otherwise really great!

Actually, I disagree with the first comment; the couches look fine. More and more "hard foam" sofas are coming from Italy and Spain. They have extremely clean lines and are typically covered in a nice, shiny krypton. They almost have a plastic look, which fits perfectly in an ultra modern interior.

I agree, room has great feel, I don't think the couches detract, I feel they add to it. Clean render, nice take on a modern loft.

nice lighting and room modelling
i agree i would personally work on the sofas though they are letting it down at the moment
also minor comment the main large picture on the right wall appears a little flat dont know if its supposed to be like that or not just thought i would point it out

it looks real I like it indeed why don't you make it brighter
add some reflection to the floor and as Weider had said make the sofas more complex

I really appreciate all of your replies!!! As for the sofas ,, I found the reference in a "Business Furniture" mag named "TopdeQ" from Italy I think ?? In the mag. photos that's what they look like ,, very square and clean lined .. As for the detail ,, I would post some close-ups and wires but I can't post attachments here ?? And the texture was a dig photo of a cream leather couch that I color adj. in photoshop .. So I don't know what to say but that's what I was going for just because I love the style .. The floor was first a "mr DGS mat" but it had way too much bump and reflection and I couldn't get the settings the way I wanted ,, so I decided to use an arch. base to create it. I saw a line of furniture in Pier 1 that was a naked wood ,, no reflection at all so that's the path I took on that.
Thanks again to all ,, didn't think I would get so many. If there are any more questions, I will reply, so please ask.

just curious about the staircase.
railing is on one side only? people can fall off the stairs then.
other than that, i think this environment looks great!
nice modelling,texturing, and lighting.
