I think the arms should snap up sooner. They should be part of what is driving him upward, so they should peak before he does.
Hold his crouched pose for another couple frames.
I dont like it that he leans back at the peak of the jump.
watch for twinning (oppsite limbs doing the same thing at the same time). You could offset the arms on the upswing, and the feet on the landing.
On the way back down, I feel the arms could do with some movement out away from his body... like you do when you are trying to catch your balance.
Leave that right leg on the ground for just one more frame.
Nice start. Did you make this model and rig, or did you find it somewhere?
