Hello,
About a year ago I attempted a mod with no knowledge of how to really do so. After learning from my mistakes I went into deep research. i have about 400 pages beside of printed documents relevant to the HL2 Source engine. I've written over 14 pages for the design doc, 6 pages for the character balance, numerous pages for site content, etc. We're definatly one of the more organized mod's out there. We keep a work log, not to be strict, but rather track progress and avoid conflicts of "who did what" and "I did more then him" , etc. I've redone the main character, Naruto, many times. I refuse to release him or any information (other then this) till I reach perfection. The model is nearly done in it's final stage. I cant post my work here, you'll have to contact me. But that's enough of an introduction. :)
While we want to build a full team, we're taking things one at a time. I've recieved alot of help from another mod thats gaining hype, OSP, or http://shadow-phoenix.com. They've been my temp team to help set up the basics. But before I launch the site (already paid for and ready to go) and advertise, I want a site to prove to the mod community we are not just another random idea that will die out in a month or so. I've spent countless hours/days/weeks setting this up, so I can build a proper team. I can handle all the 2d work for the site, but I want it to be FLASH, and I know nothing of it.
So while there are many open positions, my first priority is getting the site up with enough content to advertise and launch officially. Everything is taken care of other then coding. And I post this here because your not allowed to post mod's in the hiring section, but I am willing to pay for this.
This mod is very original, and should appeal to non anime fans as well. So don't feel like you have to be a hardcore Naruto (name of series) fan to be involved. I actually have written out summaries for people who have never even seen the series so everyone is on the same page.
If your at all interested, contact me immediatly. Even if your not sure about this, just contact me anyway to discuss it. And if your non flash coder that's interested, feel free to contact me as well.
