I have 9 objects parented to a null for rotation. After there rotation, I would like 3 of the original 9 (and 6 new object to be parented to null#2 for the next rotation, after that I would like 3 of the second set as well as six new objects to be parented to null#3, etc..

My problem is once I parents the first group to the first null and make my rotation, I cant move the parent child relation to the new null without disrupting the old relationship, does anyone know a smooth way to do this?

Is there a way to bake the animations? After the first rotation, bake the animations to the objects so I could unparnet the first group and they would keep their animation? This would solve my problem, anyone know if thats possible?

Thanks in advance.

Josh

I use the dynamic parenting plugin from Worley's Polk collection. There may be a free plug that works at Flay, but I can't say for sure. Maybe someone else has a technique for baking but I wasn't able to get around the problem when I tried it either...
