Don't you mean Merge vertices?


It happens to me all the time. First I choose two points, hit "G" and see what happens. If that doesn't work. Go to "edit polygons". Go down to "Merge vertices" and click on the square. A box will appear. Hit just "apply" and it'll work. If it doesn't, then your distance is too short. So limit your distance little higher than what you already have. I got mine at "0.7802" and it works all the time.

Make sure you combined the two (or more) objects that have the verticies that you want to merge. If you can't merge them, make sure that you selected the two piece of geometry and then went Polygons > Combine (or was it Edit Polygons?).
