CGTalk - Vray and Brazil 1.0

Is VRAY renderer, the free version much better than the standard MAX renderer? I am using MAX 4.0
Also is Brazil the best renderer for MAX? if not what is the best and what company makes it?

Yeah please, not another "best" war. Yesterday was max/lw, after max/maya, now vray/brazil

chech their site (chaosgroup, splutterfish.com and finalrender.com), and make your own "best" regarding your needs and you budget.
