I am rigging my character and I have encoutred two problems with the bones.
First of all, in the belly area, the polygons refuse to be affected by the bones.
I have tried many things, from removing completly the bones on the pelvis. Reducing the power of the bown to ten percent. Adding rib bones which move with the spine.
However nothing seem to move those belly bones.
My second problem is a hole created in the bottom area. It the result of the bones of the legs closing into a standing posture.
The unboned model has the legs spread to the sides.
I have tries to add a bone in that area, but increasing its strentgh only deepened the hole.
The first two pictures show the natural bones status.
The third and forth pictures show the character with its spine bones bent forward.
The red line marks the area where the polygons are stopped being affected.
The green arrow marks the hole problem.
The last picture is of the model without bones.

Do you have any suggestions to solvings these two problems?
I would appreaciate your replies.
Thanks in advance.
