hey guys. my after effects file has suddenly been giving me this error in the timeline and I cant figure out why.

when i just click to a another time i get -

"After Effects error: OpenGL 3D: problem creating the texture objecct"

I have no idea what is causing it and i need to render someting out tonight. I'm not even using 3D in my composition. Thanks for any help in advance!

I just got another error when i try to render out my composition about a 3rd of the way through -

"After Effects error: Error allocating Quicktime handle.

(44 :: 39)"

if theres one thing i hates, its useless errors providing no advice on how to fix them.
