really nice start. Heres some crits

watch your knees when he plants a foot. Don't let the leg go too straight, it creates a visual 'pop' in the cycle. Keep a little bend in there.
Dont plant the feet so far out in front. Plant them almost underneath him. Its almost like a series of jumps.
the hips dont seem to be rotating much.
a front view would be helpful
the arms dont just rotate back and forth, they actually 'pump'. Try to find some footage.

A good start...

1)the arms -especially in the elbow area- look very stiff...maybe move extend them a tad on the backswing...our arms don't necessarily do that when we run, but it tends to help an animation loosen up
2)the back -even though it moves- looks very static...move it around some...take all your keys and scale them up way past what you think will look right, then playblast it..try this on all your joints

Actually, the above comment will apply to pretty much all animation (unless you are going for hyper-realistic)...push everything WAY past what would normally be "right" in a "real" world and test it...it's easier to tone down and get it to look right than to try to inch you way up

Hope this helps some

Feet are too far apart. When running, they fall almost in a straight line down the middle of the body, for efficiency's sake.
