This work exhibits the stately vigour of the dark king of the east. He is overlooking Ding, a distant land of freedom, conspiring a fresh war within himself.
The flower patterns on the Cloth,use Illustrator .
Final effect is use Photoshop. I use Z-Depth image do camera Blur.

good work i think.
i like the face a lot and clothes are nice aswell.
the red corresponds nicely with the character itself.

With The flower patterns . First use Tablet draw in Illustrator. Because the Illustrator have Pen Pressure to line degree of finish. and conversion to photoshop with bitmap format and Making textures.
Final Render image in 3Ds MAX !
