What is the best way for lighting inside rooms ...
I have tried to use the radiosity with Vray but the result is not realistic...
Any tips that can help me doing that
also how can I use photometric light system any tutorials

has some VRay tuts and photometric lighting setup.

for interior lighting start with the environment, then balance that with the sunlight. finish with fill lights.
