Just learnt how do do IK and stuff, so I zipped my object file and the scene file for those who don't know how to do this stuff yet.
I know that I would have loved something like this when I didn't know how...

some pics from the scene I was making, the zip file scene ("mainscene.lws") does only contain the model, while it is rigged and ready to go, there is no preset keyframes or anything (exept for the light turning on and off the first and last 50 frames). So it's all up to the one(s?) who downloads it.
Have Fun, Good Luck!
Ps. This was like...the most fun I'we ever had in Lw. GG to animating! :buttrock:

Might require Lightwave 7.5 :hmm:
