hi, its nice work, timing is good. but ı think camera need some little correction. Before man reach the top of building camera cut to top. if camera continue to follow man it can be nice.. ok thats my all crituque. keep going ı m waiting your next update......

I can only crit this how I would do it, which would probably be making the anticipation look more like that and less like a heavy breath cycle, (sorry, but on first glance it looks like he's recovering from a sprint) one way of doing this wood be to have him glance up at the start of the anticipation; the 'ramp' up of this action is good & I'd keep it, but probably move the weight over the left foot more and on the last anticipation use the right arm to swing back and forwards to help through him up & maybe do similar with the head.

This is a great idea for animation practice...if you don't mind, I'm gonna try this myself..
but first, critiques.
The anticipation doesn't look like anticipation...it does look like heavy breathing (what he said above).
Since this is physically impossible you must create anticipation that is huge, yet not repetitive. You must have have anticipate once, hold it, and show restrain, as if he's "powering up" then when he releases, make the animation as if a rubberband has just been held back for a long time, and finally it is released...
