View Full Version : Guys help about UV in the Bodypaint please
liukainorth 08-22-2005, 03:53 AM Hi, I've made a ship model in the C4D and before export it into the Bodypaint, I have made every symmetry object editable. But then I have the wired problem: in the "projection", everything is gray and I can't change any setting there. I've used BP 2 in my other models too, but most of them work fine. Why? Why? It almost driven me insane. any help is appreciated. Thanx guys.

You have no UV-tag assigned to your object.

So, select the object's material tag and do, Object Manager>Texture>Generate UV Coordinates. Or run the paint setup wizard.

Heheh...thanks, Adam - my answer should have mentioned that too, I guess. Was on the fly and I just assumed liukainorth would know that.

Wow, thank you guys. I've later figured out that it was indeed the UV-tag issue. I think I need more patience before I cry out next time. Thanks again.
