In LW 7.5 I can put a dress on a charter n have her walk across the floor with the dress acting like cloth, right ?

I can not use zBrsuh micros displacemen with LW7.5,right ?

LW8,9 does not supot zBrsuh microsiplament eather, right ?

I'm debating about getting LW 9

Are you sure about nine? I think it might not do the same sort of Micro displacement as Zbrush, but I think it will read the maps and render with good results. In anycase the displacement will be MUCH better (and faster) in LW9.

Not talking about normal maps n textures.
u make micro displacements in zBrush & use them in C4D

Does LW any version do this ?

Zbrush does not do micro-displacements of any kind. It makes you subdivide the crap out of your mesh and then you can export the displacement map into a render engine that can do the displacements. LW9 seems to have an announced feature that will give you these displacements you want.

The method used in C4D is "subpolygon displacement".
(This method is also used in Messiah.)
this isn't "subpixelpolygon displacement(Micro Polygon)".

To the guess from the explanation of "Adaptive Pixel Subdivision(LW9)"
in SpinQuad, It is like the same methods(subpolygon displacement).

Sure you could even do that in LW 7.5 if you just set your rendertime subdivision high enough.
