Max5's LightTracer & Photoshop. The object (I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS IT!!!) was generated by displacement and booleans.
...after finish my pic I've found it reminds me of the works of the french surrealist artist Yves Tanguy:

Hey, I really like it. I would say, increase the cone on your spotlight, and let the light hit the rest of the plane in the background too. . . but that's just me. . .

well, but i think you should add more surreal stuff like those in Dali, Tanguy, Ernst (& other surrealists) painting.
