how do you guys export your UVs to use them as a reference in photoshop, etc.? Is it just print screen?

here is how to export a .eps; i hope it helps:D

Once you have a UV map and are ready to paint it, go to File > Export >Export Encapsulated Postscript, choose Texture UV from the View field there, and make an .eps file. You'll be able to open that file in most painting packages, and it will give you a sharp, clean, high-resolution map to paint on.

Another method is to use UV Imaginator. I find it better than using print screen.
