looks great already but you need to show the ball with a little more power to it..

maybe have it come backward some more and loop a little bit...

that or duplicate your chracter so that someone is trowing the ball at him

The guy is a bit to stiff after landing... you need to have his secondary bouncing like you have the ball bounce... he's not just going to stiffen after hitting the ground and stay glued there... his arms and legs would bounce a couple more times also....

Also the ending stance you have him in is very un-natural... lay down on the ground and see how your legs end up if you are not putting any energy into them... the knees and feet will point outward more... you might even consider having him land with one leg under the other... just a thought :)

Looks good to me! Though the overbody lifts itself somehow when he get shoted and falls back hard and far, but suddenly becomes slow in the air and falls down like if he would weight allot of tons. But that can be because maybe a frame doesn't show between the milisecond.

like it said, it looks OK to me.
