Oh let's see here... when you cut to the bear it's a bit weird. You might want to try and find a way to incorporate it so that the view understands that he is talking to the bear... the first couple times I didn't realize that was what you were trying to do...
Your cuts are very hard, you may want to consider using cross fades or fade to blacks instead of just cutting. You should also try to come up with a theme for your demoreel... right now it's all over the place and the renderings look like they are just saved previews. Some nice lighting and color can take your scenes further. Some background music would also help make your real more interesting, instead of having half of it silent, you might also want to consider adding more sound effects, a gun shot for the cowboy seen, foot steps for the walk, just something to help keep the users eyes on what is occuring... also your facial animation test just seems like filler more than something for show, a dialouge is much more vauluble then seeing the face contort one way and then the next...
And the robot walk scene could use a bit more light, right now the animation is really being hidden in the shadows and black backgroudn so it makes it very hard to see hthe movement, this also goes with the last walk cycle you have... you may also want to consider rendering out all of your meshes in smooth mode instead of having some of them faceted and some of them smooth... especially on the first animation, it's a bit distracting having some of him smoothed and then his shorts faceted...
Well that's it for now, but the bottom line is you have some cleaning up to go to keep it interesting and make it feel more professional.. Good luck
