hey every one i am getting noise in the rendered object during sss using mentalray and maya 7.0 does any one know how to correct the noise

Increase samples?

also make sure your scale conversion is correct according to your scene units, as well as the weight and radii size according to your object size.. after that's all set dial up the samples until the noise goes away.

after adjusting all my sizes and scale, i get very clean renders with as few as 64 samples.
